Estrella Falls is a regional shopping mall complex under development by Westcor, to be located in Goodyear, Arizona, about 20 miles west of downtown Phoenix. The company is now asking a federal bankruptcy judge to let it close up to 408 additional stores. It is composed of two sections: one being a power centre called The Market at Estrella Falls, and the other being a mixed-use regional center which will include residential and hotel space. The company has said it is seeking rent concessions at those locations and could keep some open.
